Popularity poll

Actually this a message for people who can read Dutch. At the moment there's a poll going on in Holland about the most popular French songs. Two periods: before and after 1980. Françoise is on 12th position (before 1980) with of course Tous les garçons, Jacques Brel holds the first position with Ne me quitte pas.

You can vote on: http://www.franszelfsprekend.nl/uitvoer_tot_1980.php

Because the site is in Dutch it won't be easy but give it a try.

I've been noticed by the editor that the Dutch translation of the autobiography by Françoise will be published at the end of this year, maybe beginning 2010. I think it's all rather strange.

A bit famous in England

Hello anglophones,

Well someone has to start up the English section. So let it be me, though I'm not British but Dutch and my news is not new. The famous British popmagazine Record Collector published in May 2005 an extended article about Françoise. The author was Alex Gerry, photographer and fan of FH. Record Collector didn't publish the full works of Alex, but you can read and see the whole article on:
